Lullalore is intended for use by parents, guardians, and individuals aged 13 or older. Children under the age of 13 may not create an account or submit personal information. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age.
If you are creating stories for a child, you (the parent or guardian) are responsible for all activity on your account. Children should not independently enter personal information into our platform.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You agree not to share your account with others or use another person's account without permission. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Free accounts are entitled to one (1) AI-generated story every 72 hours. Free stories are subject to availability and may be limited or modified at any time. Free plan users do not have access to Live storybook mode or certain premium features.
Lullalore offers the following paid options:
All purchases are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation is free and takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access to Pro features until that date. Cancelling your subscription does not automatically entitle you to a refund.
We want you to be happy with Lullalore. Here's how our refund policy works:
All refund requests are reviewed individually. We verify all claims before processing. To request a refund, email us at contact@lullalore.com with your account email, purchase details, and a description of the issue.
Stories and illustrations on Lullalore are generated using artificial intelligence. While we strive for quality and appropriateness, AI-generated content may occasionally be imperfect. We do not guarantee that all generated content will meet every user's expectations. You may edit any generated content within the platform.
You retain ownership of the stories you create using our platform. However, you grant Lullalore a limited license to process and store your content in order to provide the service.
